Hi Winter,

in addition to my first post about this (https://forum.winreducer.net/t2583-ex-100-v2-1-4-0-rs6-build-18362-1-disable-allow-telephone-calls-in-new-windows-settings#21468) I would like to recommend removing the shared downloads which can be found here:

I found the corresponding Reg-key for the issue above:

It works just fine for me!
