[IMPLEMENTED] [EX-100 - v2.1.4.0] [RS6 Build 18362.1] disable allow telephone calls in new windows settings

Hi Winter!

I know that RS6 is not out entierly but I wanted to share some initial feedback. My wccf seems to work just fine and at least for now I have not found major issues.

Here are a few suggestions for some tweaks you might encounter in the new settings environment.

First of all disable "allow telephone calls" which can be found here
