[EX-100 - v2.1.4.0] [RS5 Build 17763.253] Some bugs

Hi winterstorm!

I found some bugs in 2.1.4.0. First is blackviper preset have an error. And also in log file encounter this errors:
ERROR : Configuring -> 2019. 02. 22. 2:03:11 ==> Computer Browser Service
ERROR : Configuring -> 2019. 02. 22. 2:03:12 ==> Infrared Monitor Service
ERROR : Configuring -> 2019. 02. 22. 2:03:14 ==> Windows SMS Router Service
ERROR : Configuring -> 2019. 02. 22. 2:03:14 ==> Windows Store Service
ERROR : Configuring -> 2019. 02. 22. 2:03:14 ==> Xbox Game Monitoring Service

Another bugs (maybe with KB4487044). I can integrate properly all latest update with untouched iso and working properly, but when i apply my preset and test with Virtualbox, windows update want to install again KB4487044 and got an error. With integrated updates also i cant format anything, virtual disk manager crash. Without updates working properly with same preset.

I left them all out in my Winreduced iso without problems


I only have 18 services and everything is working, updates are integrated ,non cumulative upgrades and available drivers can be integrated
via WUMT Wrapper Script or Sledgehammer
