Redstone Updates

Hi! I have a question that has bothered me for a long time:
When Microsoft releases a new ISO, does it contain the updates from previous ISOs? For example: Redstone 5 - do you need to download Redstone 1,2,3,4 updates? Or are they included by default.

My friend each redstone edition is a completely new build.
For example build 17763.xxx (RS5) is an update to build 17134.xxx.
So if you have RS5 you dont need to download RS4 etc.
But for RS5 microsoft gives new cummulative updates thats gets you
for examble from 17763.292 to 17763.316. The same happens for the
other redstone builds. To summarize it if you have RS5 you only need updates
for the RS5 build.
