2 - which WinReducer Software Version are you using
3 - Which Windows 10 Version (RS1, RS2, RS3, RS4 or RS5) are you using
4 - Which Windows 10 Edition (Home, Pro, ...) are you using

Do you have anti virus on if you do you got to turn it off while running Win Reducer software it crashs for me while running anti virus software.
