I have problems with the creation of ISO, until the point of salvage everything is ok, but at the moment it is going to save the iso of the error that can not proceed with the process, it closes and does not create the iso, already tried to format the iso before and it did not work, does anyone help me? pale

Hello guys,

Could you please try this procedure :
1 - Open EX-100
2 - Close immediately EX-100 without doing anything
3 - Restart your computer
4 - Open EX-100
5 - Close immediately EX-100 without doing anything
6 - Open EX-100

Once you done this procedure, could you please create again your ISO without selecting all "Services" components ... in other words, create a new ISO and do not remove "Services" components.

Please let me know.
