[EX-100 - v2.1.0.0] [RS4 Build 17134.556] system - display settings error

Hello friends,
with the bellow wccf

i get the following error

This happens if i right click at the desktop and go to dispaly settings. Then the error that
you see in the pictures happens. if i click ok system settings window closes. Until you click ok
you can make changes at system settings (change display brightness etc)

Any ideas guys; The above preset is perfect for me except this error.

If your disply is not working correctly You need to select the items below:
In  Accessories :
Display Brightness
Display Color Calibration
Display Switch
In  Control Panels
Control Panel - Display (Files)
In Drivers 
Display - Mirror
in  Settings
Ease of Access - Display (Hide) 

Try it and let me know

this report is old, does this problem still happen?
If there is no new info, or no other gut this problem, i will close this bug report on the end of the week.
