Hello
To find the responsible components, you may need to try to create a new ISO without all drivers removed : to verify if the trouble comes from the Drivers section.
Then try to remove your selected drivers (those in your list) without removing :
WINDOWS DRIVERS DOWNLOAD SUPPORT
HYPER - V - DATA EXCHANGE
HYPER - V - DINAMIC MEMORY
HYPER - V - FIBRE CHANNEL HBA
HYPER - V - GENERATION COUNTER
HYPER - V - GRAPHIC CARD
HYPER - V - GRAPHIC CARD (REMOTEFX VGPU)
HYPER - V - GUEST
HYPER - V - INPUT
HYPER - V - KEYBOARD
HYPER - V - NETWORK
HYPER - V - PCI - BUS
HYPER - V - SHUTDOWN
HYPER - V - STORAGE
HYPER - V - TIME SYNCHRONIZATION
HYPER - V - VMBUS
STORAGE - AMD RAID CONTROLLER
SUPPORT - ISCSI
SUPPORT - SCSI
Then if it's working, just remove step by step all drivers in my list but if I were you I will not try to remove "WINDOWS DRIVERS DOWNLOAD SUPPORT" because this is needed to download from internet all missing drivers
