Are you using these presets :
- "Presets - Protect ModernUI Apps"
- "Presets - Protect MS Online Account"

If you are using these presets, then it will automatically protect (put components to "OFF" status) all necessary components ... in order to keep the according Windows functionality fully functional.

You may try to disable these "Presets" components to be able to select the components you want to remove ... but you may experience instabilities with these Windows functionalities.
