Error with EX-100 v1.9.19.22

I can't use 1.9.19.22 because I get the following error. I tested it on two different PCs, one with Win10RS4 and one with LTSB2016. Both are winreduced, especially Dotnet Framework light cleanup is used. The message occures immediately after I start Winreducer:



Winreducer 1.9.19.19 (the last one I found in the archive) works without error, also all other versions up to 1.9.19.21 (which I unfortunately deleted already).

I found out the reason: For an unknown reason the file WinReducerEX100.xml was empty. After copying it from a fresh downloaded Winreducer 1.9.19.22 it works.
