[IMPLEMENTED] Ultimate Performance Mode [Windows 10 RS4 (1803) April Update]

Hey Winter!

Could you please enter this tweak, which enables the Ultimate Perfomance Mode in the power options for every Windows 10 version which has at least the April Update (1803) installed.
