[EX-100-x64-v1.9.17.0] [windows10 1803 build 17134.48]Network Connection: Unable to uninstall the protocol

Since I did not install it with the original system, cannot determine whether the following is a winreducer bug.
Use cn_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1803_updated_march_2018_x64_dvd_12063766.iso and use dism to integrate the cumulative patch for May.

Bug:In the Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change Adapter Settings -> Network Connection: Unable to uninstall the protocol.
