[ANSWERED] Problem with Windows Setting

Hello,
i did an iso removing these stuff:
Keyboards, Languages, Modern UI Apps and anyting else. Testing on virtual machine, settings doesn't works anymore. Clicking on roller on start menù nothing happens. Furthermore the voice: display settings on desktop, is completely disappeared. 
How can solve this issue?

I used latest rtm spring edition 1803.

HDmi988, In section - Modern UI Apps, do not delete "Immersive control panel", and settings was work  perfectly !!!
