[ANSWERED] Visual Redist 2015 - Python 3.6.3 Errors (0x800~)

Software - WinReducer EX 81-1.8.7.0
ISO - Official Microsoft Windows 8.1(Build 9600)

Hi, i have an expertly customized image. When i try to install visal redistrubitable 2015's and it's related softwares, Python 3.6.3 so on and so forth, i'm getting 0x800~ errors.

Which components are must i keep in order to work? Am i have to disable winsxs expert customization?

I think it's related with Windows Update and Windows Firewall services. I'm gonna keep them and will share results in here after try.

After keeping Windows Update(while disabling it, anyway it won't work with expert customizations), now Visual Redistrubitable 2015 and Python etc. working.

I just selected protect Modern UI Apps and Microsoft Account presets, they are already keeping Windows Update with couple of may useful things.
