[SOLVED] [EX-100 - v1.9.12.0] [RS3 build 1709 16.299] component from Accessories breraks Mouse scrolling

hi winter,

something from the lower part of Accessories breaks my mouse scrolling on my notebook with Synaptics Touchpad. i always thought it was a driver problem.

im still testing which component is causing it

just to make it a bit clearer.

i cant scroll with my touchpad (2 Fingers) when im in a explorer folder or in firefox etc, but it works in the windows Settings app or the start menu


EDIT: will do more tests tomorrow, but it seems its one (or more) of the Tablet PC components

and the "winner" is Tablet PC (Engine) which breaks it
