[ANSWERED] corrupt installation image for v1.8.7.0 ?

It appears as if the latest version of Winreducer is creating corrupted images for me if I attempt to remove anything.   
1.  Would it be possible to get a copy of  v1.8.6.0 to try? 
2.  Any idea what could be causing this?  Has DISM been updated recently or something?
