[ANSWERED] [EX-100 - v1.9.10.0] [RS3 Build 16299.125] this config is not working

I have this configuration, this config working under 16299.15 but not working under 16299.125. Setup is not complete at the end, I have error message.

And if I delete USA language (en-US) CMD is not working. it shows a error message at the first line.
maybe you can disable or remove USA language in the tab permanently.

I want delete OneDrive and work folder, select but at the end two of them not selected so i delete manually
static cache under Font tab is not working, so i can delete manually (18mb)
and it not delete pre-installed .net 3.5 file in the winsxs, I must delete manually again.
and build 1.9.10's highest removing speed is soooo sloww, previous builds are faster this build. older builds it tooks 40-50 min (max) this take 2 hours. 

i found solution: if you delete cortana OOBE network, setup is not complete.


if I want update drivers or install drivers, it says data invalid. maybe windows system files is broken.
first sign in, I installed nvidia and intel graphic card, I restarted the windows and other drivers says data invalid.

This language is Turkish.

Edge does not working, I am opening then shut down suddenly.

Which service or program affect them?
EDGE is closing suddenly, drivers do not install.

Hi again, I use 16299.214. I restarted windows then I cant install any drivers. look at first two drivers. I installed windscribe vpn then restart the windows. I installed nord vpn and hotspot shield but TAP Driver did not install. why this is happening to me?
