[SOLVED] [EX-100 - 1.9.2.0] [RS3 Build 16299.19] Bio Enrollment removal causes error during OOBE setup

If I remove Modern UI apps -> Bio Enrollment, the error in the below picture appears during the OOBE setup right after the account creation step:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I have not managed to spot any other problems caused by removing this app.
Please can you either fix this error or add a note to the Bio Enrollment app removal option about this error?
