I make a few tests with v.1.9.1.0 but I did not manage to install a iso, because the install loop is back ( only for me ? ).
But this time, is has nothing to do with UAC or Features.

UAC is set to false:
    <Element Category="Tweaks" Name="System - Disable User Account Control (UAC)" Selected="false" />

And after getting installation loop, I turn all features to default, but installation still results in the loop.

There was no problem with RS2 and v1.8.9.0, so I guess the installation loop must belong to changes from RS2 to RS3, or to changes from v1.8.9.0 to v1.9.1.0

Does someone also have the installation loop, while trying to install the iso ?

P.S.: This is my old wccf from 2017/08, which works very well with RS2 and v1.8.9.0

5 - Windows 10.0 Education (x64) (de-DE)
6 - Windows 10.0 Education N (x64) (de-DE)
7 - Windows 10.0 Professional (x64) (de-DE)
8 - Windows 10.0 Professional N (x64) (de-DE)

Now I try same wccf without windows update ( KB4043961 ).
In one of the older versions of winreducer, the loop problem occurs only, if windows updates where integrated.

If I have some more time to test, I will try closed beta, but I think, winterstorm will release the closed beta this evening as 1.9.2.0.
Maybe I test it with this version.

Ok, found one more problem.
Start a new iso, load my old wccf file ( 2nd post ), click on "System" and turn the button "Integrate - Windows Updates Files Cleanup" to OFF.
Then I start creating iso with "Finish" and "Apply" and then I can see step no.2, which integrates .NET and step no.3 which integrates KB404396.  :/

Now I delete the files in WinReducerEX100_x64\WORK\INTEGRATE\UPDATES\ and try again...

Integrating update(s) is not responsible for installation loop.
Tested it without integrating KB404396 and loop still happend.
Will make more tests with closed beta or v1.9.2.0.
