Hey,
Using the attached .wccf file, I reduced my Windows 10 RS3 distribution.
Basically all I do remove are the Metro Apps, having the idea to have a clean system from the start which can be customized by every user on a device meaning that all apps can be installed via the store.
That works great so far except one app: The Xbox app, which crashes after installing from the store and running it.
Although i really can live without that app and doubt that anyone else will use it, I would prefer to have it working, I am not sure if that can be fixed.
But while the last upgrade (RS2), same happened with Bing Maps and you were able to fix it, so I thought it was worth to mention.

Hello,

Just an additional information, in v1.9.4.0 you will have a new component named "Modern UI Apps - Framework (Xbox LIVE Games)", do not remove it if you plan to install "Xbox App" from Windows Store.

I wish you to have a nice day !
