Hello friends. I found the following problem. I used the following preset

to reduce an untouched.iso and create lets say a reduced.iso
When i did an in-place upgrade everything went fine but start menu and taskbar were broken.
Then i did the following test. i turned on windows features and windows update presets(so BITS services,COM+ service etc) were not removed. I created an temp.iso . Then in temp.iso i changed the wccf and turned off the features and update preset. Then i opened temp.iso and removed the windows update related services that were not removed before. The resulted final.iso theoretically should be the same as the reduced.iso i said above but it was not. When installed it start menu and taskbar were ok. The only problem was that despite windows update does not work it is still shown in services tab as you can see bellow
