It's not possible to install an language-pack (Chinese simplified in my case). The problem looks quite similar to this.

The installation via windows update or the manual installation with dism runs up to 99.9 % and breaks with an error message.

In the wccf above I removed "Language Pack Support" accidentally BUT that's not the reason for the trouble. This wccf shows the same problem: http://www12.zippyshare.com/v/lAJQcAUf/file.html

O.K., this is not a bug in Winreducer but a problem with Windows Update. After installing System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 (KB947821) it works.
