After testing services one by one, I figured out the cause of this error when running Win10 in VMPlayer with VMtools.
explorer.exe The exception Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached. (0x80000003)
I just want to suggest winterstorm2050 to add Windows Error Reporting Service to the Protect VMPlayer Workstation preset list since removing it will cause this error pop up all the time, after VMtools loaded.
Also removing WebClient service = breaks internet connection in VM Player, so it should be added to VMPlayer protection list preset as well .
Also, since "Use EXPERT Optimizations" preset will cause windows error report service to stop working, it will cause the Exception Breakpoint error in VM.
Tested with Win10 RS2
