Files with some extensions are not detected correctly. One such, files with the extension msu.
It must be an installation file, and it is defined as an unknown file.

The screenshot shows everything.

did you remove Windows update or anything related to it?

I do not remember exactly, but it seems so.

And what about the fact that the office does not work adequately? I completely described the problem in another topic. In older versions of such a gap did not arise. And there were serious problems with the removal of any components. The newer version, the more bugs appear)))

for winreducer 7 the bug list is pretty small, and im sure more than 50% are already solved but the thread starter did not reply since months/years. but yes the latest Version of winreducer 7 (v1.8.5.0) seems to make more bugs than the previous one. so it would be worth to try it agin with Version 1.8.4.0 till winter Releases a new version

On version 1.7 such problems were not. That you would not delete there. This went with version 1.8
