However both files are there under \Reducer\10\HOME\SOFTWARE\x64 folder

i uploaded for some other users my software folder from the latest version of winreducer

Indeed the versions are different, yours are newer and fix the problem, thanks
Although that means reducer downloads the wrong version and then complains about it.
But that's fine, minor misdemeanors.

what i do is, when winterstorm updates those programms and releases an update of winreducer. i start winreducer and the configuration window opens, there i select all programms (7zip etc) to ON and select the checkbox to force download them. this works everythime for me.

i always update all programms and not only one of them
