Delivery Optimization Service is breaking net framework 3.5 download and installation via windows features.
it also breaks the Windows Drivers Download Support component, and probably windows upadates too (didnt test windows updates)

are needed. after adding them back WU, driver download and Net framework 3.5 download works again

SOLVED IN v1.8.12.0 !

EDIT : The file and the reg key will only be removed ... if you remove these components : WU, Net 3.5 and WU Drivers Download.
