[SOLVED] [EX-100 - v1.8.6.0][RS2 Build 15063.138] Stuck in Skip Try Again loop

Seems to be after basic installation and before oobe, where there is a screen with the spinning circle and  some buttons at the bottom, like volume, ease of access, network etc, and only two options: Skip and Try Again.
Pressing either results to the same screen.
I wonder what removed component caused this, if anyone knows please let me know.

i know what bug you mean. if i would Need to guess, i would say ist again something from the Features or Services tab.

as soon as i found the solution for 2 bugs with my RS1 iso i will dig into this error

checking sysprep and adding unattend fixed the problem
