Firstly thanks for fix the bug when not enabling Protect Important Files and issues with some system components and the Taskbar System Icons.
In current version if not enabling Protect Important Files not open the Immersive Control Panel and Control Panel User Accounts UAC Configuration.
Windows 10 Pro 64 PT-BR RS1.

im marking this as solved, since its not really a  bug. thas why we have the protect importatnt files feature so that something like this wont happen.
