Windows 10 17672 - Developer Mode[Workaround] and Optional Functions do not work. Error in the build

Activate developer mode from the command prompt
[Update 20.05.] Gustave has now provided a workaround for the developer mode.

Enter the command prompt in the taskbar search and either open it with Ctrl + Shift or right-click as administrator.
Enter the command: dism /online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Tools.DeveloperMode.Core~~~~~0.0.1.0 and press Enter. That should have been it.
