netplwiz.exe missing (winreducerex70 v1.6.1)

I usually make a new image everytime a new version of WinReducer is out.
I always use the same configuration file, but this time I miss netplwiz.exe.



Also, Winter I don't understand why removing the exe file and leave all the others.



This happens quite often with WinReducer... and I don't understand why.
