[SOLVED] [EX-100 - v0.9.91.3][14393.447][14393.693] infinite loop

Wondering what causes the loop other than what is described in the various threads so far, 
(Edge Engine, Languages, Desktop App Installer, etc) as I've tried everything and still lopping.

It got scared of you and works now but anyhow it is
Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB (KMS) (x64) (en-US) 
and  this is the wccf

Maybe cause i did  all the settings again with a clear wccf and didn't overwrite an older one ?
Meanwhile i saw that MS released a fix for this install loop, so i realized it isn't reducer's problem.

as far as i can say only member with an LTSB version are getting this problem. if this problem is still up2date, i will try to see if i can finde something after i tried to solve other bugs.
