System - Integrate - Windows Updates Files Cleanup" : "Windows Features" (enable/disable) is broken, like "Net Framework 3.5" or "Windows Media Player 11" for example. If you plan to use the "Windows Features" panel, consider to not use "System - Integrate - Windows Updates Files Cleanup". This option is still available.
Break just Windows Features add Net Framework 3.5 or issues with programs using Net Framework 3.5 ?
