[EX-100 - v0.9.88.0] [RS1 Build 14393.0] In-place upgrade

Hello friends. I took and untouched iso intergrated the latest updates with winreducer 0.9.88.0 and reduced the image using wccf:

I tried to upgrade both win 8.1(reduced system) and win10(untouched system). The installation started, laptop rebooted but during the installation and around 20-25%(in my experience if everything goes ok first reboot happens at 30%) it rebooted again and the system reverted back to the system i had before. I spotted the problem in network-smart screen. When i unchecked only this everything went fine in both systems. I tried removing only smart screen and the crash happened again. I repeat that i have version 0.9.88.0 and i intergrated updates via the reccomended way(through winreducer)

So, it's a Smart Screen component error ... nice finding

I added this in my ToDo list ... but for the moment you have to keep this component in order to use In-Place upgrade.
