[SOLVED] [EX-100 - v0.9.80.0] [RS1 Build 14393.0] Remove "Parental Controls" app breaks adding account through settings

Hi Winterstorm,

I noticed that when I have the "Parental Controls" app removed, I cannot add accounts through Settings-Accounts-Family & other users anymore. It just force closes then.

These are the only settings I enabled in Winreducer to create the iso:
