[IMPLEMENTED] [EX-100 - v0.9.11.0] Exit take a while

This may be the case if an error has been detected and WinReducer cleans himself.

I don't think that there is an error as running twice give the same result
but well I will check again with 0.9.12.0

I devellop a tool to extract timing info from the WinReducerEX100.log
In fct what it show that the closing time has changed from around 25 sec to 45 sec since 0.9.10.0

I don't know what is needed to clean when closing but that's my analysis

I hope the fix with the Beta 4 does not destroy other cleaning
but change from around 45 sec to 1 Sec is awesome
