WIMConverter 1.5.0.0

Some cleaning must be missing when stopping the conversion with the "quitter" button just after launching the conversion.
the exit works quickly but trying to relaunch with the same .iso the opening never succeesed
I need to kill the proces and also disconnect the Windows session as the .esd and .Wim created cannot be deleted.
