[ANSWERED] Lock-up upon login creation (0.7.1 with build 10586 104)

I have a lot of experience with the WinReducer for Windows 8.1 up to last year

I tried the last 2 builds (0.7.1.0 beeing the last) and I keep getting an issue upon first boot, where I skip the online account and try to enter my credentials for a local account. System freezes when I try to enter the first character. Mousepointer does not move, keyboard indicator stops blinking. I can reset and try again, the result is the same. When I do the same with an unaltered Windows, then there is no issue
My mouse is PS/2, my keyboard is wireless via USB.

As I cannot get a DVD to burn properly (altered, unaltered makes no difference, think it is EOL), I always install from another Windows environment. After I run WinReducer, I copy and overwrite all files in the sources folder except for intall.wim and I execute the setup from there (sources). This means I also do not use the unattended settings. I can post my settings file, but the truth is, that I tried a lot of combinations: everything selected, only checked some features, only check some components for removal, only check some services, only checks some optimizations. Only consistency is that I integrate drivers and updates.

This is the setting for every test I did.

Seems that it is related to updates I integrate. All are Windows 10 x64 and none are relaetd to Keyboard (USB/RF) ord Mouse (PS/2). Need to check which update exactly is causing issues or if all give issues.

Yes, it was related to removal of driver "USB Hub (EHCI, UHCI, OHCI)" in combination with integrating the driver "CougarPointUSB.inf" from Intel Chipset INF driver (version 10.1.1.14).
