[ANSWERED] Win10 Compatibility Mode - Help w/Component selection

Hi, I can't seem to figure out what is wrong with my Windows 10 configuration. I am wanting to make a lite Win 10 Pro ISO for my Surface Pro Everything works great to my understanding except the Compatibility Mode (the ability to run applications under Windows 7/Vista,etc). I know this is true because my full official Win10 Install from MS works great in VMware. I want to run Corel Painter, but my modified Win10 messes up.

What components do I need to keep to ensure Compatibility Mode stays with the OS? Thanks! My WCCF in PaseBin:
