Post your Projects, Idea for interesting Projects

Hi everyone,

since some days we have got this Off Topic section, so i thought it would be nice if some people would share what they do at the moment.

I was making some Projekts over the last 4 Months, like

- Bought and assembled an 3d Printer -> 1.1 in next post
- was printing a lot of thing in 3d -> 1.2 in next post
- Made an LED matrix Clock with an Arduino -> 1.3 in next post
- LED Clock (analog style) -> 1.4 in next post
- TV Ambilight  just finished it 1 hour ago -> [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

in progress:
- 2x LED Propeller Clock -> 2.1 in next post
- printed and assembled an CNC Machine to mill some PCB Boards -> 2.2 in next post

So do you guys have some interesting Projects like Home Automation, Software Projects, projects with arduino/raspberry pi etc ?
You could also post some interesting ideas for projects

Hi, here are some updates on my Projects:

1.1 - Bought and assembled an 3d Printer (was finished in September 2015)








1.2 - was printing a lot of thing in 3d (only some parts of a mass on 3D Prints)

An cube which i can switch on with an magnet, it contains 4 blue Leds and 2 batteries. The walls are 3d printed, and the light creates nice forms on walls


it was my first 3d designed part. just an box where i put an self created fan controller for my 3d printer


someting i can hang on all my keys. i got some triangles which are put onto my key chanin and i can put it in the black triangle


an drill press


1.3 - Made an LED matrix Clock with an Arduino (next time i need to make more space between the digets -.-)



1.4 - LED Clock (analog style) (it needed just to be assembled, needed to polish my SND soldering a bit)




in progress:
2.1 - 2x LED Propeller Clock (one of them is nearly finished, but needs to be delayed; the other one is not started yet, because i need to create and mill some PCB Boards)



2.2 - printed and assembled an CNC Machine to mill some PCB Boards (needs some finising ajustments and some cleanup - 90% done)




2.3 - Build an Enclosure for my 3D Printer (finished in April 2016, just need to fix my Webcam; just printed yesterday some parts to fix it on the inner side of the enclosure)

3d printe works now with an raspberry pi, so i can start/look at prints even when im not home





next up:
2.4 - on this weekend im building an Table for my 3D Printer

2.5 - printing and building an Virtual Reality Headset - status 75% finished

I'm really impressed by all your ideas and what you've done is really nice, especially the blue cube .... I like it with these nice effects on the wall !

This is really amazing what a 3d printer could do, I think the only limit is the imagination

If other people wants to share their projects, I really wants to see these nice projects ideas.

yeah i really like my 3d printer, and since some time im getting really nice results.

it would be nice if someone would share some projects. it can be anything even if you did some nice things with your car
