[SOLVED] some bugs at 0.5.3.0

hey winter,

the startmenu isnt working when firewall service is disabled. i cant choose to remove it but it could be that the startmenu will not work too.

maybe this is causing it (when removing it)

also snipping tool and sticky notes does not work



maybe some of the tablet components cause it? if im not wrong the same happened at windows 7, and this bug was solved (cant find the thread at the moment but if i do i will post it here)

sticky notes and snipping tool is working now.

the disable firewall -> startmenu problem is still present

About the Firewall bug, I will check it when I will do a cleanup improvements

i removed everthing exept windows firewall service, and couldnt find any problems with installation and taskbar/start menu.

of all components firewall is the only component that cause the taskbar/start menu to freeze.

so hopefully installation/start menu problemes will be history

since you disabled the option to remove firewall service because is breaks the taskbar, the option to disable the service should also be removed.

when disabling firewall service the taskbar breaks, i tested it some time ago with TH2 and now with the build 10332 and it still happens

disabling windows firewall in build 14352 results in a bootloop
