[ANSWERED] made reduced iso of w10 rtm but have a issue with taskbar (can't right click items)

i made a reduced iso and it installed just fine but i have one issue, i can't right click items in the taskbar, no menu will come up, i can right click the task bar itself though.

i can bring up a menu with shift + right click, that works, but right clicking on it's won't work for some reason.

anybody know what i removed and should keep to make it work?
