Problem caused by integration

I have found the following problem:

I made a new image with WinReducer, some elements were removed, and the actual cumulative package (kb3081444) was integrated.
I installed the image.
When I tried to update the system with Windows update, with the latest cumulative package (...448), then CBS detected that the system contains corrupt elements. Correction with sfc, dism was not successful.

Solution:
I made a new image with same presets but without integration of any cumulative package. I installed it, and the windows update was successful (both kb3081444 and kb3081448 were applied).

there is still a problem with integration in EX-100.

The problem describtion is a little bit different, but the reason is still the same...integration.
Hope your describtion will help Winterstorm to find a solution for it.
