[IMPLEMENTED] Out of order entries in saved .wccf

Hi,
Just 2 entries are out of order

Category="Remove - Keyboards" Name="Chinese (HK)
Category="Remove - Keyboards" Name="German (G)

Just to reactivate as there re more and more sunch entries inversion in the saved .wccf and the one used to reduce.
I am assuming that they need to be inthe same order as the one I used derived after cleaning and just saving without WinReducer process
