[IMPLEMENTED] Software Detection - Skip files when there is no change

Hi winterstorm2050,

in "Configuration" - "Software Detection" there is the "Full Automatic Installation" function.
The function downloads all the needed files, but there is no detection, if the file on disc is already the latest version.

Is it possible to add a kind of detection, if the latest file already exists and if so, the download is skipped and the next file will be checked ?
