[ANSWERED] Run as adminstrator not working

Using the latest version of WR v1.5.9.0 and Win 8.1. Pro x64 and can't get the run as a administrator with the right mouse button to work.
I'll get always a message "This program was blocked from the system administrator". There's no virus or anything else. This must has to do with my WR setup.
I already did some research but couldn't find any solution to this problem, sorry

Can anybody tell me which services/programs I shouldn't remove to get this working?

Edit: The problem was "Enable Apps to work with UAC Disable"

didnt you solve that already? as i remember you fixed something with that tweak
