the normaly windows logo on boot (bootscreen) ?

no, i mean the to remove or disable these:
--> "Setup is preparing your computer for first use".
--> "Setup is checking video performance".

it seems this work ( i tested it and didnt see that animation)

Steps:
1. Go to start menu and type regedit
2. BACKUP THE REGISTRY
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup
4. Delete value for CmdLine
5. Change value to zero for OOBEInProgress, RestartSetup, SetupPhase, and SetupType.
6. Restart computer

i see above two option only once, after installing Windows at first logon.

if i understood you right you want to install windows and skip this screens:

Remove first boot animation 1304522579.or.24408

if yes you need to do those steps above.

integrate it with winreducer to skip them (for the moment, maybe winter will add it to winreducer)

In the WinReducer 7, we see 2 up and down arrows (buttons) to expend the screen.
Both have same function, to one can be removed. 
And the same thing applied to all other versions Winreducer 8.x and 10.

those are not 2 buttons but only 1. and it makes the windows smaller, and if its small it makes it larger and so on
