[SOLVED] Action Center cpl

Checked to remove action center control panel item and files but it is still in control panel after install.

This is the case if you used "Presets - Protect Windows Activation GUI".

great, I don't need the activation gui anyway.. rebuilding now

I'm not sure whats going on but every time I turn off Protect Windows Activation GUI it re-enables itself and I end up with the action center control panel anyway.

So i left Protect Windows Activation GUI but had action center removed, however it came up like this.

Where 32 bit action centre is there and clicking it bring up the error above it in the image, however clicking activate on system properties takes you to the pc settings screen to enter your serial and activate from there.

Which is fine. So ideally if action centre can be removed completely but the pc settings Activation screen is still working that would be great/

i think it can be considderd as solved.


if you remove "Control Panel - Action Center (Files)" you need also to remove "Control Panel - Action Center"

that way it is removed from the control panel and you wont get that error
