is it again a leak or is it an official iso from MS ?

its a legit update, i did windows update and got it, then used it to make my own iso

The setup has changed visually.

I read somewhere few days ago, that they also want to generalize wimboot (available only on W8.1), to compress the installation size to save space on the HDD/SSD !

the Folder Windows.~BT -> but is only 3,98 GB (4.276.168.583 Bytes) large

okk i just got my update on the win 9926  wow took some time .on my other pc  now how 2 make a iso of the esd file.....any 1

ESD2WIM-WIM2ESD-dism -> to Download now

insert wim to iso

looks reinstalled better

i used your wccf file and just removed all the customization where you add files or change background etc like (because i dont got them):

so i created an iso and tried it at virtual box without the error, after that i tried it with vmware player and didnt get the error

so i could think of 4 ways you could try:

- download an iso from the official windows site (link i posted above)
- try not to add your files (maybe that cause your problem)
- you didnt protect "Protect Important Files" so maybe try that
- you used the "Protect VirtualBox" reset but at your picture you use vmware workstation, so use virtual box or use the "Protect VMware Player and Workstation" preset. i didnt use this preset and used it at vmware player and everything went without problems
