[ANSWERED] WEI does not work

When using the Windows Experience Index I get the following error message:

The text in the yellow box says:

"New hardware found.
WEI not possible while battery operation.
The computer has an Index of" [sentence not continued]

I tested it on a power supplied notebook and a desktop with the same result. Here is my wccf:

Windows Experience Index ("Multimedia - Windows System Assessment Tool (WinSAT)" in WinReducer 7.0) is hardly dependent to multimedia components, so this means that you probably need "Features - Windows Media Player" and many "Multimedia - Codec" ...

So you should probably use "Preset - Protect Windows Media Player" to be able to use "Windows Experience Index" with a disk size space cost !

To keep the WMP and all Codecs makes no difference. An option "Protect WMP" seems not to be included in Winreducer7.

Winterstorm, do you think an option "Protect WinSAT" would be makable?

You are right, I thought I was in WinReducer 8.1 forum, my mistake sorry !

It seems that there are more components involved ... I will see if I could find time to expose them !

And about the creation of an option for this, it's possible in the future.
