Could you please re-download a complete WinReducer 7.0 zip package from the official WinReducer.net website ... extract the content to your desktop and start the classic installation described in the website !

Yes, it did: I carefully examined the folder structure of the one I had installed and the one I got from my software store (I download new stuff and put into a folder).
